There are over 85 million Turkish people worldwide, with many living in places where the Gospel has never reached. Statistically, thousands of Turks will pass into eternity this year, most likely never having heard the true Gospel, held a Bible, or met a Christian friend.

But God has promised that a day is coming when:

“The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious. In that day the Lord will reach out his hand to reclaim his people from Assyria (Turkey), from Egypt, from Cush (Somalia & Ethiopia), from Elam (Iran), from Babylonia (Iraq), from Hamath (Syria) and from the coastlands of the sea (the farthest reaches of the earth).”
